Agents are now people in your workspace. Each one has its own account, so work it creates is signed with its name and shows its picture, exactly as a colleague's would.
You can message an agent in the team chat at any time and it will answer, just like messaging anyone else. There is no separate place to go.
An agent now has its own permissions. An action goes ahead only when both the agent and the person asking are allowed to do it, so asking an agent can never do more than you could do yourself.
Updates
Setting up how an agent behaves is now a short series of steps with plain titles, instead of one long form.
An agent's account can never sign in and never has a password. It exists so the agent can be recognised, not so it can log in.
Deleting an agent retires its account rather than removing it, so anything it created still shows who made it.
Every record of what an agent did now also notes who asked for it.
Screens with more tabs than fit on the page — a shop, a client, Settings > Custom Fields — no longer hide the last tabs off the edge of the card. A small arrow appears at the right to move along the row, and a matching arrow on the left to come back.
A row of tabs can also be moved sideways with the mouse wheel: point at the tabs and scroll.
Fix
Help text under form fields was unreadable in dark mode across the Agents screens.
Tables on the agent and activity pages did not follow the workspace theme and looked broken in dark mode. They are now standard tables with search, sorting and paging.
Installing or activating an App could fail with a 500 error mentioning an undefined function (for example "appointments_can") instead of completing. Apps whose menu depends on role permissions — Appointments, Terminals, DomainManager, WhatsApp Shop and others — now install and activate normally.
