Clients: impersonate a client's user. Support and admin staff can now open a session as one of a client's contacts, without their password, to see exactly what that person sees and check that everything works. An "Impersonate" button appears on the contact's profile, and while you are in their session your own menu offers "Go back to my user" instead of "Sign out". Every impersonation is recorded — who, on whose account, from which address, when it started and when it ended.
Team → Roles: a new administration permission, "Can impersonate client's users", which only an administrator can grant. Without it the Impersonate button is never shown, and the address behind it refuses the request.
Updates
Help & Knowledge Base: the cards on the main page now speak for the whole category. The number of articles includes everything filed in its sub categories, and "Last activity" is the most recent article of the category or of any of its sub categories. Categories with no article at all simply show "-".
Help & Knowledge Base: the navigation panel now shows sub categories as a real, foldable tree. Categories that have sub categories start folded, except the branch of the category you are reading, which opens automatically. Click the arrow in front of a category to fold or unfold it; clicking its name still opens the category. A folded category shows the number of articles of its whole branch.
