See What Your Team Is Working On Right Now
The Daily Timesheet Activity report now has two parts. The familiar activity heatmap at the top still shows how many hours each member logged on each day of the month. Below it, a new live list — Active members on projects — shows who has a timer running right now and exactly what they're working on.
Where to find it
- Open Reports → Timesheets.
- Click the Daily activity tab.
- Scroll past the heatmap — the live list appears underneath it.
What each row shows

Good to know
- It updates by itself. The duration ticks up automatically while you watch — no need to refresh the page.
- It only shows running timers. A member appears here only while their timer is open. As soon as they stop the timer, the row disappears and the time is rolled into the heatmap above.
- Filter it like the heatmap. Use the Member and Project dropdowns at the top of the report to narrow the live list to a specific person or project.
- Project-only timers. If someone is tracking time against a project without a specific task, their row still appears — the Task column simply shows a dash.
- Nobody working? If no one has an active timer, the list shows "no records found." That's normal.
Who can see it
The live list follows the same timesheet permissions as the rest of the report. You'll see the members you're already allowed to view timesheets for — administrators and managers with full timesheet access see everyone; others see only the members within their permitted scope.
