This tutorial guides you through accessing and analyzing a specific client's data within the OrderLemon
admin panel [
Start by clicking into the clients menu located in the sidebar on the left

Ensure you are in the list of clients tab [
Use the search table field in the top right corner to find the desired client (e.g.,
searching for "Ammerlan") [
Once the client is found, click on the order lemon tab to access their analytics dashboard

The client's analytics dashboard is broken down into several sub-tabs:
This is the first sub-tab and provides a summary of the client's overall company results to date

Financial Metrics: Total orders, Total payouts [
Client Growth: Clients with more than one order, Clients leads [
Zero Food Waste System Metrics:
Communication Metrics: The cost of messages in WhatsApp, and total utility messages sent
to zero food waste subscribers [
The Orders tab focuses on client purchasing activity [
Daily Activity Chart: One chart displays the daily activity dating from the last
three months [
Order List: A list of all orders made by each shop in the last 90 days is also
available [
The Payments tab mirrors the Orders tab in structure, allowing you to filter by different order types

Short-term Operations: One chart covers the last 90 days of operations
[
Long-term Operations: The second chart covers the last three years of operations,
dated from today [
This tab provides more detailed insights into the Zero Food Waste system performance [
Daily Operations Spreadsheet: A spreadsheet at the bottom shows the daily operations of
all shops [
Messages sent
Orders sold
Total in euros
Packages sold
Initial stock of packages for that day [
Performance Chart: A chart helps visualize the money spent on messages sent versus
the ratio of packages sold and the money the company received that day
