By using the Providers App, every supplier becomes a dedicated entity inside NIZU, allowing you to link all related financial activity—expenses, invoices, and tax information—directly to that provider. This ensures clean accounting, accurate reporting, and easier audits.
With the Providers App, you can:
Link expenses to a provider
Each expense can be assigned to a specific provider, making cost tracking precise and eliminating ambiguity in financial records.
Define tax percentages per provider
Set the correct tax rate for each provider so NIZU can automatically calculate deductible taxes and generate accurate values for tax returns and compliance reporting.
Connect providers to PEPPOL
Received PEPPOL e-invoices are automatically linked to the correct provider, reducing manual work and preventing errors in invoice processing.
Monitor PEPPOL invoice activity
Access detailed PEPPOL reports to see how many invoices you have received from each provider and verify incoming invoice flows.

To activate the Providers App, follow these steps:
Log in as an Administrator
Go to Settings
Open Apps
Select Providers
Click Install
Click Activate
Once activated, the Providers App is immediately available and ready to use.
