Once set up, NIZU will automatically create expense records on the schedule you define and include them in your reports.
Recurring expenses are costs that repeat on a fixed schedule, such as:
Rent, subscriptions, hosting, salaries, leasing, maintenance contracts, or daily operational costs.
Instead of creating these expenses again and again, NIZU does it for you.
Go to Expenses in your NIZU workspace.
Click Add Expense and select Recurring.
Fill in the basic expense information:
NIZU allows you to automate expenses with the following schedules:
Daily
For costs that occur every day, such as daily operational or usage-based expenses.
Weekly
Ideal for wages, cleaning services, or weekly contractor payments.
Monthly
Perfect for rent, subscriptions, software tools, internet, or insurance.
Yearly
Used for annual licenses, domains, certifications, or long-term contracts.
Select the frequency and define:
Start date
End date (optional)
Execution time (automatic system run)
Once saved, NIZU will:
Automatically create the expense entries at each interval
Apply the correct tax rules
Include them in expense reports, profit & loss, and dashboards
Keep historical records for audits and accounting
No manual input is required after setup.
You can:
Edit the amount, tax, or schedule at any time
Pause a recurring expense temporarily
Stop it completely when the contract ends
