Your team uses the same Store as the clients, so prices, stock and taxes are always the same. ### Place the order 1. Go to **Sales → e-Commerce → Orders list** and click **Add order**. The Store opens. 2. Click **Add to cart** on each product, then open the cart and set the quantities. 3. Click **Process Order**. 4. Choose the **Client** (required) and, if you have several, the **Company**. Add a **Note**, custom fields and files if needed. **Add item** adds a product that is not in the store, and you can change its rate. 5. Click **Place order**. The order page opens. The order is dated today, has your first order status, and the stock of the products is lowered. ### Change an order - **Edit order** (pencil in the list, or the Order info menu) changes the **Order date**, **Client**, **Status**, **TAX**, **Second TAX**, **Note**, custom fields and files. - **Add item** on the order page adds a line: pick an item or **+ Create new item**, then the quantity, rate and, if this one line is taxed differently, its own **Tax**. - To change an existing line, delete it with its **X** and add it again with the right values. - The pencil on the **Discount** line gives a discount before or after tax, in % or as a fixed amount. - Drag the lines to change their order. ### Good to know - Deleting an order does not put the products back in stock and does not delete its invoices. Correct the stock in Items if needed. - Store orders take the client's default tax when the client has one, otherwise the tax set in the Order settings. - Your team is notified of every new order, including the ones you place yourself.
