# What are Orders in NIZU?

> An order is what a client buys from you: placed by the client in the Store or by your team for them, followed with your own statuses, and turned into an invoice, an estimate or a project. (Sales)

## What are Orders in NIZU?

**An order is a purchase a client makes from you.** Clients place orders themselves in the Store; your team places them for clients from the same Store. You follow each order with your own statuses (for example New, Processing, Shipped, Delivered), the client is kept informed, and the order becomes an invoice, an estimate or a project when you need it.

### Where to find it

- In the left menu: **Sales → e-Commerce → Orders list**.
- On a client's page: the **Orders** tab.
- For clients: **Orders** in their portal, with their own orders only.

If you do not see it, switch on **Order** in **Settings → Modules**.

### The orders list

- Columns: **Order**, **Client**, **Invoices**, **Order date**, **Amount** (with the total at the bottom) and **Status**.
- Filter by period (monthly, yearly, custom or dynamic) and by status, and save your filters.
- **Click the status** of an order to change it right in the list.
- Each row has **Copy link**, **Edit order** and **Delete order**. Print and Excel export the list.

### An order's page

- The order as a document: your company, the client, the items, the totals, the files and the note.
- **Order info**: client, who created it, the linked project, and the menu with **Edit order**, **Create Estimate** and **Create project**.
- **Create Invoice** at the top, the **Invoices** and **Invoice payment list** cards, **Tasks**, and private **Reminders**.
- **Order preview**, **View PDF** and **Download PDF**.
