Only administrators change them. ### Who can see the store | Setting | What it does | | --- | --- | | Visitors can see store before login | Anyone can browse your store and product pages without an account. Product pages can then be found by search engines. | | Accept order before login | Visitors can order without an account: one is created for them at checkout. Only available when visitors can see the store and payment at checkout is off. | | Redirect user to the store if there are no invoices in it's account | A client who has never been invoiced lands on the store after login, instead of the dashboard. | | Banner image on public store | A picture shown at the top of the store for visitors. | To make the store the first page people see, add **store** as the **Landing page** in **Settings → Branding**. Clients only see the store when **Client can access store?** is ticked in **Settings → Client portal → Client permissions**. ### Payment | Setting | What it does | | --- | --- | | Show payment option after submitting the order | Creates the invoice at once and shows the payment buttons. | | Order status after payment | The status a paid order moves to. | | Don't allow clients to pay if company info is not filled | Clients must complete their company details first. | See *Get paid when an order is placed* for the details. ### Prices in another currency - **Show items prices in other currency**: shows, under each price, the same price in a second currency (the **Item Currency**), for information only. Orders and invoices stay in your currency. - **Convert prices to foreign currency**: you enter your item prices in a foreign currency, and orders and invoices are converted to your own currency at the current exchange rate. The second option is explained step by step in *Display Prices in Another Currency in Your Store*. ### Order numbers and taxes The prefix, colour, footer, numbering and the default taxes of store orders are in **Settings → Sales & finance → Orders**. See *Order settings, e-mails and who can use Orders*.
