The **Proposal info** menu turns it into the next document without retyping a single line. ### The four options | Option | What it copies | When to use it | | --- | --- | --- | | **Create Contract** | Dates, client, taxes, discount, all items and the proposal's full text. | The deal needs a formal contract to sign. | | **Create Estimate** | Client, taxes, discount and all items. | You want a classic priced quote, for example for the client's purchasing department. | | **Create Invoice** | Client, taxes, discount, note and all items, dated today. | You invoice the work, or a deposit, straight away. | | **Create project** | Links the new project to the proposal. | The work starts: tasks, team and time tracking. | ### How to do it 1. Open the accepted proposal. 2. In the **Proposal info** card, open the "..." menu. 3. Click the document you need. Its form opens filled in; for contracts, estimates and invoices, the box **Include all items of this proposal** is ticked. 4. Check and click **Save**. The options only appear once the proposal is **Accepted**, and only to people with full access to that module (and the module switched on). **Create project** is shown while no project is linked yet. ### Lead or client? If the proposal was for a lead, it stays a lead after acceptance. Convert it to a client from the lead's page ([Convert Leads to clients](https://dashboard.nizu.io/knowledge_base/view/405)) before you invoice it.
