The only other App it needs is **Providers**, where its vendors are kept. - **Clients** every member is a client and its people are its contacts. Each client page has a CoWork tab showing what that client rents. - **Leads** every tour request from the public page becomes a lead. - **Contracts** the signed service agreement is saved as an accepted contract of the client, with who signed, when and from where. - **Subscriptions** the monthly membership fee is a subscription that invoices itself each period. - **Invoices** the first invoice (first period, set-up fee, deposit) and the invoices of extras are normal NIZU invoices, with your numbering, tax and payment term. Members pay them online through the invoice payment link, with the payment gateways of your workspace (Stripe, Mollie, iyzico and others). - **Client portal** members use the portal you already have; CoWork adds the *My workspace* menu. - **Notifications** your team is told about online sign-ups, room bookings, orders, reported issues and tour requests; members are told about mail waiting, visitors arriving and orders delivered in the bell and by e-mail. - **Team roles** five CoWork permissions: view, front desk, members, set-up and billing. - **Dashboard** a CoWork widget with occupancy, room bookings today, mail waiting and monthly recurring revenue. - **AI Reports** memberships, room bookings, extras and reception mail are part of "All business data", so they can be reported on together with invoices, projects and every other module. ### Required App - **Providers** CoWork's vendors (catering, internet, printer repair, cleaning…) are the suppliers of the Providers App. Install and activate Providers before CoWork; the Apps page refuses to activate CoWork without it and tells you so. While CoWork is active, Providers cannot be deactivated. ### Optional Apps - **WhatsApp** when installed, members also hear about their mail by WhatsApp (if they accepted WhatsApp messages), and new members get a welcome message with their access code and portal link. - **Payment gateway Apps** such as Mollie or iyzico add more ways to pay the first invoice and the invoices of extras online.
