**New**

- AI App Design: your Apps can now link to invoices, invoice lines, estimates, proposals, contracts, expenses, items, help and knowledge base articles and their categories, client contacts, files and users not only to team members, clients, leads and projects. Each person sees only the records they may see in that module.
- AI App Design: a notification can go to the person picked on a record a client contact, or any user and each one receives it as who they are.
- AI App Design: an App can offer its skills to your AI agents and to Claude, ChatGPT or Grok connected through the Agents App (Connect → AI agents). It is off until you switch it on; agents can find the invoices, contacts and other records an App links to, and see them by name.
- AI App Design: the help articles now include animated diagrams.

- AI App Design: a linked invoice, contract, contact or file opens in its own module, and record pages show where it stands: an invoice's status, total and due date, a contract's status and dates, a contact's email and phone, a lead's status, a project's deadline.
- AI App Design: in forms, invoices, invoice lines and leads are searched as you type, so older ones are always within reach.
- AI App Design: lists can be searched and sorted by the invoices, clients and contacts they link to, and their filters offer the records the list really points at.
- AI App Design: every list can be exported to Excel and printed, with whole names.
- AI App Design: in the client portal, client contacts see and open their own linked invoices, contracts, projects, files and knowledge base articles never another company's, never a draft.
- AI App Design: lists and pages with linked records load faster.
- AI App Design: now available in every language of the workspace.

**Fix**

- AI App Design: editing a record linked to an older invoice, invoice line or lead no longer removes the link, and such a record is no longer refused when saved.
- AI App Design: printed documents, the Data tab and list filters show older linked records by their name instead of a blank or a number.
