Orders still being prepared and prices are not shown. - Warehouse client portal: a “My documents” tab gives clients their own interchange receipts (EIR) and cleaning certificates (ECD), ready to open and print. Another client’s documents stay closed to them. - Warehouse settings: choose which parts of the client portal your clients see their documents, their transport orders and their free time can each be switched off. - Warehouse client portal: clients can book a pick-up slot at your gate for one of their units in the yard they pick a day, a free time and the truck. It appears on the gate's slot board like any other booking. Off by default; switch it on in Warehouse settings → Client portal. - Warehouse client portal: a unit with a pick-up booked shows its day and time, and the client can cancel it to free the slot. Your team is notified each time a client books or cancels (Settings → Notifications). - Warehouse settings: decide how far ahead clients may book a pick-up (1 to 60 days) and how much notice your gate needs (0 to 72 hours). Times sooner than that are not offered. - Warehouse gate appointments: a booking a client made in the portal carries a “via portal” badge, with the client’s note when you point at it. - Warehouse: client pick-up bookings can wait for your confirmation. Switch it on in Warehouse settings → Client portal; a client’s booking then holds the slot as “Requested” the client sees “Waiting for confirmation” until your team confirms or declines it in Gate appointments, one by one or several at once. - Warehouse client portal: clients get a notification when the depot confirms or declines a pick-up they booked, with the unit and the time so a declined client knows to choose another slot. - Warehouse settings: choose who at a client may book pick-ups every contact, or only the primary contact. The other contacts still see their units and documents. - Warehouse gate appointments: a “Waiting for your confirmation” list shows every client request at the site, whatever day it is for, with confirm and decline on each one no more paging through the days to find them. - Warehouse dashboard: the “Gate appointments today” card counts the client requests waiting for your confirmation, and shows up even on a day with no other bookings while requests are open. - Warehouse client portal: once a pick-up is firm, the client can open a pick-up slip for the driver the day and time slot, the site, the truck and a QR code of the unit number that your gate scans. It works on a phone or printed. - Warehouse settings: everything about the client portal now has its own “Client portal” tab what clients see in one group, pick-up booking in another. - Warehouse roles: a new permission “Confirm or decline clients’ pick-up requests”, separate from booking and cancelling gate appointments on the screen, in bulk actions and for the AI assistant. - Warehouse client portal: clients are reminded the day before each firm pick-up they booked, with the unit and the time. You can switch the reminder off in Settings → Client portal. - Warehouse settings → Appearance: choose how unit numbers are written everywhere the ISO way (EXFU 508606-0) or as one string (EXFU5086060). Typing and scanning accept both. - Warehouse gate appointments: see how reliable the trucks are the share of booked trucks that never came at this site over the last 30 days, shown in orange from a level you choose in Settings → Yard (15% by default). - Warehouse gate appointments: click the no-show figure to see it per haulier bookings, trucks that came, trucks that did not, worst first, with the same warning level. Ready to export or print. - Warehouse client portal: a “My pick-ups” tab lists every pick-up the client booked coming and past with its status (waiting, booked, collected, no-show, cancelled), the driver’s slip and a cancel button while it is still ahead. - Warehouse client portal: write a message for your clients in Settings → Client portal gate hours, who to call, a holiday closure. It shows at the top of their page. **Fix** - **Deprecated** -
