**New**

- AI App Design send an App to another workspace with a one-time transfer code (or as a file): deliver it you keep building it, and every new version you send shows up there as an update with a preview of what changes or hand over full ownership.
- AI App Design a [+] next to every field where you pick something from another list (a supplier, a product, a warehouse…): add the missing one on the spot, without leaving the form you are filling in. It is selected for you as soon as it is saved.
- AI App Design the Data tab now works like a database browser: a list of your App's tables on the left, and next to the diagram a Structure view (change names, kinds and rules of the fields right in a grid) and a Content view (see the records, filter them field by field, and change a value with one click).
- AI App Design design printable documents (a delivery note, a job sheet, labels…): place the record's fields, fixed text, pictures, lines, boxes and a table of its lines on a sheet of paper, with an image or vector (SVG) background. Print them as a PDF from the record, from the form, from each row of a list, or for several rows at once.
- AI App Design automations can now make a document and keep it as a PDF on the record, or send it attached to an email.
- AI App Design SVG drawings in an App's assets (cleaned on upload), and drawings from the SVG Editor app can be used as document backgrounds.
- AI App Design Notifications: decide when your App tells someone (a record is created, changes, is deleted, a date comes near, a button is pressed), who (people, teams or roles of your team, the record's client or lead, or any email address or phone number) and how (email, the NIZU bell, Telegram, WhatsApp). Preview it, send yourself a test, and see everything that was sent.
- AI App Design emails to leads and outside contacts carry a link to stop them, and each notification has a daily limit as a safety net.
- AI App Design print buttons can now be placed from the Pages design tab too.
- AI App Design every App has its own Settings page for its admins: switch each notification on or off, choose who on the team receives it, change its wording and daily limit. The App's designer can add sections of details to fill in there (a company address, a default rate, the email that receives orders…) and use them in messages and documents.

**Updates**

- AI App Design the Data diagram arranges itself: the most connected tables in the middle, the others around them, links kept apart; a Tidy up button rearranges it any time.
- AI App Design the sidebar of an App now opens its sections the way you arranged them: a screen placed under another one sits inside it instead of in one long list.
- AI App Design long forms with three or more sections show each section as a tab, so nothing needs scrolling; saving checks every tab and opens the first one with something missing.
- AI App Design the API reference reads like developer documentation: colour-coded endpoints, syntax-highlighted examples in cURL, JavaScript and PHP for every table, the JSON that comes back, the error format, and ready-to-use code to check the signature of the App's calls each with a copy button.
- AI App Design the API reference starts as a short list you can filter (by table, path, method or field); each table opens to its endpoints and examples.
- AI App Design Pages design: find a page by its name, type or table, and pin the pages you work on to the top of the list (your pins are yours, and stay between visits).
- AI App Design the documentation now has a guide for each part of the design board: how to prompt, Data, Pages design, Pages flow, Documents, Notifications, Assets, Connect, Settings, and sending, updating and looking after an App.

**Fix**

- AI App Design date fields in the lines of a form (for example an expiry date per product) open their date picker again.
- AI App Design opening a form or a record from a list (for example "Add") no longer sends the sidebar back to the top: it stays on the section you were in.
- Calendars the previous / next arrows are visible again on calendars that showed empty buttons (AI App Design Apps, Providers recurring costs).
- AI App Design messages typed in the Prompt tab reach the designer again (they were sent empty and answered with "Describe what the App should do first").
