**New**

- AI App Design six new kinds of fields for your Apps: date and time, formatted text, star ratings, several choices, a status with coloured stages, and automatic reference numbers (e.g. JOB-0042).
- AI App Design pictures and files on your records: add a photo or a document (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text) to any record; pictures show as thumbnails in the list.
- AI App Design rules that keep your data clean: a value no two records may share (a plate, a serial number), the lowest and highest a number may be, and what a new record starts with. A record that others still point at can no longer be deleted by mistake.
- AI Reports the data of the Apps you build with AI App Design is now part of "All business data": ask about your vans, inspections or bookings next to your invoices and projects. Each person only sees the Apps their role lets them open.
- AI App Design not only admins can build Apps: give a role "Can design Apps" and its people build and try out their own. When they are ready, they ask an admin, who sees exactly what publishing will change before it goes live.
- AI App Design line items: an order with its products, an inspection with its checkpoints, a recipe with its ingredients fill in the lines on the same form and they are saved together with the record.
- AI App Design fields that work themselves out: a line's total from its quantity and price, an order's total from its lines, a rental's price from its dates. Nobody types them, and they update the moment a line changes.
- AI App Design three new kinds of screens: a board where you drag cards from one stage to the next, a calendar that shows records on their dates (click a day to add one), and a dashboard of figures at a glance.
- AI App Design Apps that act by themselves: remind someone days before a date, email a customer when an order is ready, send a request for approval with Approve / Refuse buttons, add a button that does a job in one click, or create a follow-up record. Messages from your Apps arrive in your notifications.
- AI App Design a page for each record: its details, the records linked to it, comments with a file, and the history of who changed what and when.
- Amazing Forms a new free App to build beautiful forms that ask one question at a time, on any phone or computer. Every answer can create a lead, open a support ticket or add a task for your team, straight away. Unlimited forms and answers, with logic, scores, file uploads, your own colour, a QR code and a link or code for your website.
- Amazing Forms start from a ready-made form: Contact us, Request a quote, Support request, Customer feedback (NPS), Event registration or Job application, each already connected to the right place.
- Amazing Forms read every answer in one list, see how many people finish your form and where they stop, the choices, averages and Net Promoter Score of each question, and export all answers to Excel.
- Amazing Forms privacy built in: delete answers automatically after a number of days, and find, download or erase everything one person answered when they ask.
- AI Reports the answers of your Amazing Forms are now part of "All business data": ask how many people answered, finished or rated you, next to your leads and invoices.
- Amazing Forms describe the form you need and Marvin builds it, ready to change and publish. In the builder, ask Marvin for a change and see exactly what it will do before you apply it.
- Amazing Forms answer a form in a chat: on Telegram, WhatsApp or the Marvin chat, say "I want to fill in…" and answer one question at a time, with buttons. Ask Marvin how your forms are doing, too.
- Amazing Forms "Tell my team": the people you choose get every new answer by email and on Telegram.
- Amazing Forms send a client a personal link: the form greets them by name with their details already filled in, and their answers update their client record (only the fields you allow).
- Amazing Forms a new kind of question to pick one of your products or services, or one of the client's own projects; and two ready-made forms: Client onboarding and Satisfaction after a ticket.
- Amazing Forms take payments in a form: set a price (or a price per ticket or item), and people pay right after their last answer on your secure invoice payment page, with the payment methods you already use. The invoice is in Invoices, ready for your accounting.
- Amazing Forms let people book a time: a form can show the free times of an Appointments service and book the one they pick, with the same confirmation emails as your booking page.
- Amazing Forms send every answer to n8n, Make, Zapier or your own system through a NizuEvents webhook, with a log of every call.
- Amazing Forms three new ready-made forms: Book a call, Paid event registration and Simple order. The App and its forms are now available in all 13 languages of NIZU.
- Amazing Forms polls: people vote and see the results straight away (% and number of votes), or you keep the results to yourself. A vote counts when the form is sent; one vote or several per person, as you choose.
- Amazing Forms forms only for verified people: before answering, people confirm it is them with Google, Microsoft, Apple or Telegram. They are not signed up for anything; you see who answered, and you can allow one answer per person.
- Amazing Forms show a picture or an icon on each option of a choice or a poll: a pizza for Pizza, a photo for each candidate.
- Amazing Forms three new ready-made forms: Quick poll, Team vote and Verified petition.
- Social Login other Apps can now ask people to confirm who they are with Google, Microsoft, Apple or Telegram without signing them in to NIZU.
- Expenses Recurring costs: keep every software, service and contract the company pays for again and again in one list, right under Expenses: what it costs per month and per year, when it renews, free trials, who looks after it and where to cancel. Pick from more than 2,000 known services (every one ReSubs lists, plus energy, insurance and leasing suppliers) with their logo, NIZU included.
- Expenses Recurring costs check themselves against your expenses: each renewal is matched with the expense that paid it, and the owner is told when a payment is missing, the price changed, or a cancelled service is still being charged.
- Expenses Recurring costs: reminders before a renewal or the end of a free trial, a calendar of every upcoming payment, and insights: spending by month, cost per category and the most expensive services.
- Expenses Recurring costs, "Found in expenses": NIZU spots the payments that come back every week, month, quarter or year in your expenses and turns each one into a recurring cost in one click.

**Updates**

- Amazing Forms in the form builder and on the results page, the tabs and what they show now sit together in one card; on the list of forms, "New form" is at the top right like in the rest of NIZU.
- AI App Design the designer gets charts and labels right the first time more often, so answers come back faster.
- AI App Design Apps stay fast as they grow: their lists are indexed automatically when you publish, and every page of the workspace loads quicker when many Apps are installed.

**Fix**

- Amazing Forms typing the options of a question in the form builder no longer stops after each letter.
- Social Login signing in with Apple could be refused on workspaces with extra form protection switched on.
- Invoices an invoice created automatically in the background (for example by a form) now gets its invoice number like any other.
- AI App Design in an App with more than 2,000 records in a table, choosing one of the later records in a linked field was refused, and it showed as a number instead of its name.
