- WhatsApp App: approve or reject leave from your phone. When someone requests leave, the people who approve it get a WhatsApp message saying who asked, which kind of leave and the dates; reply "approve" or "reject" (in your own language, or with ) and it is done the person is told straight away. Only those allowed to approve that person's leave can, nobody can approve their own request, and an answer like "ok" decides nothing. The message is on by default and can be switched off in WhatsApp → Settings → Notifications.
- WhatsApp App: handle a ticket from its alert. Besides writing a comment, you can now reply "close", "reopen" or "assign to me" (in your own language) to a ticket alert, and it is done just like with the buttons on the ticket. Only people who can work on that ticket can do this.
- WhatsApp App: answer project comments from your phone. If you switch on the project comment alerts (WhatsApp → Settings → Notifications), they now say who commented and show the comment itself; reply to the message and your answer is added to that comment's thread in the project. For team members on the project who are allowed to comment on projects.
