- Providers: ask Marvin "how much did we spend with Proximus this year?" or "who are our biggest suppliers?" on WhatsApp, Telegram or in the chat. You get the spend with VAT, last year to compare, the bills still to be paid, the main categories and any bill missing its document, straight from the supplier report. For team members who can see expenses.
- Bank Statements Import: ask Marvin "which bank lines are still unreconciled?", "what came in on the bank this week?" or "did Acme pay?" on WhatsApp, Telegram or in the chat. You get the totals in and out and the latest lines with who, the communication and the suggested invoice. Reconciling itself stays on the review screen.
