- Marvin: when a client opens the chat bubble in the client portal for the first time, the conversation with Marvin now opens straight away. Marvin greets them by name in their own language and offers quick buttons for their invoices, projects and support tickets. They no longer have to choose a person, write a subject and send a first message before they can talk to Marvin.
