When they ask for an appointment they pick the service from a poll, then choose the day and time on a phone-friendly page. The link shows up in WhatsApp as a card with the photo of the person they will see. The page only shows days that still have a free time. No e-mail is needed for a free appointment; for a paid one, the e-mail is asked for only if we do not already have it (the payment provider requires it) and it is saved on the lead so it is not asked again. Everything is confirmed on WhatsApp. - WhatsApp App: paid services can be paid online from the chat. After paying, the customer goes straight back to WhatsApp, where they are told whether the payment went through, is still pending, or failed (with a link to try again). - WhatsApp App: team members can book an appointment from WhatsApp too, in their own name recognised from the phone number in their profile. - WhatsApp App: when an appointment is confirmed, the customer receives a confirmation card designed for a phone screen, with the service, date, time, who they will see and where. Cancellations are announced in the chat too. - WhatsApp App: the confirmation comes with a calendar file: one tap adds the appointment to the phone's calendar, with a reminder an hour before. When the appointment is moved the calendar entry is updated, and when it is cancelled a file to remove it is sent. - WhatsApp App: documents sent on WhatsApp now arrive with their real file name. - WhatsApp App: people who booked on WhatsApp get a reminder there the day before their appointment, and again shortly before it with your location on the map. Both can be switched off, and the timing of the second one is up to you. - WhatsApp App: customers can move or cancel their appointment from the chat. They pick a new day and time on the same phone page, and the change is confirmed with a new confirmation card. You choose how many hours before the appointment this is still allowed (24 by default). When an appointment was paid online and is cancelled, your team is asked to handle the refund. - WhatsApp App: send a photo or PDF of a receipt to your WhatsApp number and Marvin reads it and prepares the expense. You check the details and confirm with one tap; nothing is booked before that, and only if you are allowed to add expenses. - WhatsApp App: ask Marvin for an invoice on WhatsApp "send me invoice 6387", or a client's "send me my unpaid invoices" and the PDF arrives in the chat. Admins and team members with invoice rights get any invoice they may see; a client gets only their own (never a draft), and with the link to pay it online when it is unpaid and Stripe, Mollie, iyzico or another online payment method is active. - WhatsApp App: estimates, proposals and contracts can be asked for on WhatsApp the same way "send me estimate 12", "stuur mij de offerte", "envoyez-moi le contrat" and the PDF arrives in the chat. Each person gets exactly what they could open in NIZU: team members by their role, clients only their own documents (never drafts), and only what your client portal shows them. - WhatsApp App: invoices sent on WhatsApp include the link to pay them online in the same message as the PDF, when the client can pay online. - WhatsApp App: your unpaid invoice reminders now also go out on WhatsApp, at the same moments as the e-mail reminders, with the invoice and the payment link only to a contact who agreed to WhatsApp or wrote to you themselves. Both options are in the new Invoices section of the WhatsApp settings. - WhatsApp App: an existing client or lead who writes to one of your WhatsApp numbers is now counted as having agreed to receive messages there. Anyone who sent STOP stays opted out. - Marvin: when someone asks who he is, what his job is, since when he works here, who his boss is or where the company is, he answers from his own team-member profile name, job title, the note on his profile as his description, hire date, teams his place in the company organigram (who he reports to, who reports to him, who is at the top) and the company's details from Settings → Companies. On every channel, including WhatsApp and the website chat. Edit his team-member profile to change what he says. - WhatsApp App: every connected number is now watched. If one disconnects, the admins who linked their Telegram to Marvin and the workspace Telegram chat, if you use the Telegram Notifications App get a message straight away when the number was logged out, or when a disconnect lasts; a reminder follows while it stays down, and a message when it is back. It can be switched off, and the reminder interval set, in the Notifications section of the WhatsApp settings. - WhatsApp App: when a ticket is assigned to you, you get a WhatsApp message saying who assigned it, with the ticket, the client, its type and status, the last message and a link to open it. It is on by default for everyone who accepted WhatsApp notifications, and can be switched off in WhatsApp → Settings → Notifications. - Appointments: when you move an appointment that was booked on WhatsApp, the customer is told the new time on WhatsApp. **Updates** - WhatsApp App: "All conversations" has a new look in the style of iOS 26, with a floating header and message bar, and it now fits the screen: only the chat list and the conversation scroll, never the page. - WhatsApp App → All conversations: the message bar now says who is answering a chat Marvin, or the person who took it over and a chat a person took over can be handed back to Marvin with one click. - WhatsApp App: Marvin takes a chat back by himself when the person who took it over has not replied for a while, so no customer is left waiting. You choose how long in the WhatsApp settings (2 hours by default, 0 turns it off). - WhatsApp App: Marvin now recognises who is writing from the phone number in their NIZU profile team members, client contacts and lead contacts and answers them with their own rights, as if they were signed in. It is checked again on every message, so changing someone's phone or disabling their account stops it at once. Admins can switch this off in the WhatsApp settings (Marvin section); the chat header in All conversations shows who the person is. - WhatsApp App: in group chats too, Marvin now recognises a team member or client from the phone number in their NIZU profile and answers them with their own rights even if they never wrote to the number privately. - WhatsApp App: conversations can be translated automatically in both directions with AI. Customers' messages appear in your language, and your replies are sent in theirs while you still see what you wrote. Switch it on per chat with the language button (it needs WhatsApp translation turned on in Settings → AI). - WhatsApp App → Numbers: each number now shows whether its webhook works, and a Webhook panel checks it live with WasenderAPI (address, switched on, events, secret, last message received). One button sets it up, including the secret; a secret generated in WasenderAPI can also be pasted in. A number whose webhook feeds another system is only redirected after you confirm. - WhatsApp App → Numbers: each phone's own WasenderAPI API key can now be entered or replaced in the number's settings. It is checked with WasenderAPI before it is saved and must belong to that number. A number that already exists in WasenderAPI can be linked with its API key alone, without creating a new session and even without an account token. - WhatsApp App settings: a new Appointments section lets you switch booking from WhatsApp on or off. - Appointments: the provider is e-mailed (and the team alerted on Telegram when enabled) when a customer moves or cancels an appointment. - Appointments: other Apps can now follow new bookings, status changes and payments, so a booking made from another channel is kept in step. **Fix** - Appointments: the public booking page no longer allows two people to book the same time slot when they submit at nearly the same moment; the second one is asked to pick another time. - Appointments: closed a security issue in the public booking page where the staff list request could be abused. - WhatsApp App: linking a new number now also subscribes its webhook to the messages NIZU needs and takes over its secret, so messages arrive right away instead of being refused. - WhatsApp App: Marvin's answers to people he knows no longer show raw formatting marks or his internal choice list they arrive as proper WhatsApp text, with a poll to tap when he offers choices. - Marvin: questions about time "are you open now?", "can I come tomorrow?", "what time is it?" are now answered with your company's own time zone for everyone, including people he does not know on WhatsApp and website visitors (before, only signed-in people's answers knew the time), and he knows when earlier messages in a WhatsApp chat were written. - WhatsApp and the inbox: phone numbers are now compared on their digits only, however they were typed in a profile with +, spaces, dots, dashes, brackets, and also the invisible non-breaking spaces a number pasted from an e-mail signature carries so people are recognised by the number WhatsApp shows. - WhatsApp App: someone writing to you for the first time and asking for an appointment now simply gets the list of services to choose from they were also told "a person will get back to you" at the same moment. - WhatsApp App: task and project notifications no longer show empty lines (such as a deadline with no date). - WhatsApp App: sending a proposal to a client from its Share menu failed to create the PDF; it now works, and contracts can be sent the same way. - Appointments: the e-mail reminder is now sent before the appointment instead of after it (it was using the wrong time zone). **Deprecated** -
