**New**

- WhatsApp: when someone asks where you are your company, office, store or shop, your address, or how to get there they receive your location as a WhatsApp pin they can open in their maps app, right after the answer. It understands the question in English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Turkish, and sends at most one pin every 12 hours per conversation. Set it up in the WhatsApp settings under "Our location": the name and address come from your company, and the map position is found from the address when you save.
- WhatsApp polls: send a poll from the "All conversations" screen a question, 2 to 12 options, one answer or several to a person or a group. Votes come in live: each poll shows how many people chose every option and who they are, in the conversation and in the inbox. Polls that someone else creates in a group are shown as polls too.
