**New**

- WhatsApp: when someone who is not yet in NIZU writes to your number, a lead and its contact are created automatically from their WhatsApp name and number, and the conversation is linked to it. A known lead without any contact gets the person writing as its contact. Group chats never create leads.
- WhatsApp: client contacts, team members and lead contacts without a photo in NIZU now get their WhatsApp profile picture. An existing photo is never replaced.
- WhatsApp: the first time someone writes to one of your numbers, they receive your contact card so they can save you in one tap. By default it carries your company name and the number they wrote to; both can be changed in the WhatsApp settings.

**Updates**

- WhatsApp settings: a new "People writing in for the first time" section switches each of these on or off.

**Fix**

- Messenger and WhatsApp: a number saved on a lead's contact (rather than on the lead itself) was not recognised, so a returning lead could be treated as a stranger.
