**New**

- WhatsApp: voice messages are now written out as text under the player, so the team can read them at a glance and Marvin can answer them. Switch on "WhatsApp voice-note transcription" in Settings → AI (it needs an OpenAI key).
- WhatsApp groups: Marvin can now suggest follow-ups to the team. When a question goes unanswered, a promise is made or a date comes up, he writes a short suggestion as an internal note in the conversation and tells the group's watcher. He never posts anything in the group himself. Turn it on per group, and switch on "WhatsApp group suggestions" in Settings → AI.
- Messenger: when the same person has written to you on another channel the website chat, WhatsApp or the messenger the conversation now shows "Also talked on" with a link to each of those conversations. People are only recognised by the same contact, phone number or e-mail address, never by name.
- WhatsApp: a new "All conversations" screen shows every chat of a linked number the way the phone shows it chats and groups, with photos, voice messages and delivery ticks and lets you search them. You can answer right there type, attach a file or reply to a specific message and the client sees "typing…" while you write; answering assigns the chat to you, just like in the inbox. Given to administrators, and to anyone you grant "View all WhatsApp conversations".
- Client portal: clients can see their own WhatsApp conversations with you under "My WhatsApp conversations" only for a phone number confirmed to be theirs, never group chats and never your internal notes. Switch it on in the WhatsApp settings.
- Bank Statements Import: the Imports screen now opens with one progress card per month, showing how many of that month's bank lines are reconciled and how many are still to do — across every statement file of that month. With several bank accounts, tabs show one account at a time. Click a month to see and reconcile all of its lines in one list, whichever statement file they came from.
- Bank Statements Import: lines that were imported wrongly can now be deleted, one by one or several at once with the selection menu, and then imported again with a corrected map template. Reconciled lines are kept until you reverse them.
- Bank Statements Import: money going out can now be matched to a credit note the payment is recorded as the refund of that credit note, which is marked refunded once fully paid back. Reversing the line removes the refund again.

**Updates**

- Settings → AI: speech-to-text is now available to every feature that receives audio, with its own key so its cost can be followed separately.
- Bank Statements Import: matching a payment to an invoice now works like matching an expense. The invoices closest to the amount are listed first, and "By client" shows every open invoice of the chosen client, however old before, only the 300 most recent open invoices could be found. When the bank line's account number or name belongs to a client, that client is picked for you.

**Fix**

- WhatsApp: the new screens of the previous version showed technical names instead of their labels; they are now translated in every language.
- Bank Statements Import: deleting an import and importing the same file again with a corrected map template no longer keeps the old, wrong lines — the lines of a deleted import are now removed with it (an import with reconciled lines has to be reversed first).
