- Remote support: from your user menu you can ask a support partner (Makeflow) to look into a problem for you. You describe the problem, and the partner receives a private link that lets them work in your account for 72 hours without your password. You get an email, a notification and a Telegram message as soon as the agent opens the link, and you can disable the link at any time from the same menu.
