Every lead now keeps a record of the calls made to it and the calls booked with it: who called, what kind of call it was, how long it took and what came of it (interested, meeting booked, call back, voicemail, no answer, wrong number, not interested). - Leads – **Log a call** and **Schedule a call** are two buttons on the lead's own title bar, next to Edit lead, Change status and Convert to client. Closing a booked call asks only two questions: what came of it, and how long it took. - A scheduled call is put on the **NIZU calendar** automatically, and on every external calendar the team member and the company have connected — **Google Calendar** and, new in this release, **Microsoft 365 / Outlook**. The form says which calendars it will appear in before you save it. - New **Microsoft Calendar** integration in Settings → Integrations. An administrator registers the workspace's Microsoft app once; every team member can then connect their own Outlook calendar from the Calendar page with one button. Works with both Microsoft 365 work accounts and personal Outlook accounts. - Optional **company calendar**: one shared Google or Outlook calendar that also receives every call your team books on a lead, whoever booked it. - Leads – a **pipeline stepper** on the overview shows how far along a lead is through your own lead statuses. Clicking a step moves the lead there. **Updates** - A lead's page has been rebuilt to match a project's page: the tabs and the panel below them are now one card instead of two boxes, and the page follows the app's light and dark themes throughout. - The lead title bar is now a toolbox. Editing the lead, changing its status and converting it to a client are one click away instead of being hidden behind a menu inside a card. - The lead Overview has been reorganised into bands that answer one question each: where the lead stands, who to talk to, the conversation, what needs attention, and the detail. - New **contact card** on the lead overview: the person you actually call, with their email, phone and website as real buttons, and editing their details as the first action. - The lead's facts (status, source, owner, managers, labels, address, custom fields…) are now one clearly labelled list. Every value that could be changed in place still can be. - Every icon on the lead page has been redrawn in Font Awesome 7, and the status, source, type, owner and next call are shown as badges on the title bar. **Fix** - The Microsoft settings pages could only be opened by an administrator, which also blocked team members from connecting their own Outlook account. Each action now checks its own permission. - Times picked on the new call forms are chosen from a list rather than typed: a typed time was silently saved as midnight. - On a lead's page, the **Change status** and **Share** menus opened behind the panel below them and their entries could not be clicked. **Deprecated** - The old “Lead info” and “Custom fields” side cards of the lead overview have been replaced by the single Key facts card and will be removed in a future release.
