The new **Analytics** tab on the announcements list shows, for every announcement, how many people were emailed, how many opened the email, how often it was viewed and from which countries; open one announcement to see its own dashboard emails sent, open rate, views and link clicks, the activity per day, the countries, where and on what it was opened, and lists of the **team members**, **contacts**, **clients** and **client groups** that saw it, the links that were clicked and everyone it was emailed to. - Announcements: every view is recorded with the reader's **country and city** (from the IP address, via a free lookup service you can replace or switch off in Settings → Announcements), the device and the browser. The IP address itself is not stored unless you turn that on. - Announcements: the announcement email now works like a newsletter an optional **email subject** and **preview text** of its own, tracked opens and link clicks (can be switched off per announcement), a **"view in browser"** page that opens without signing in, and an **unsubscribe** link for clients (one click, with an undo). People who unsubscribe are skipped by later announcement emails. - Announcements: a **"Send me a test email"** button on the edit screen sends the announcement to your own address exactly as recipients will get it. - Settings → Projects & work → **Announcements**: switch the tracking, the country lookup and the storing of IP addresses on or off, and change the lookup service. **Updates** - Announcements: the list shows the **Views** and **Email opens** of each announcement, and each row has a shortcut to its analytics. - Email templates: the announcement template now offers the **{ANNOUNCEMENT_URL}** and **{UNSUBSCRIBE_URL}** variables. **Fix** - **Deprecated** -
