**New**

- Files: choose how the file manager shows a folder **Icons**, **List** (name, kind, size and date columns, click a header to sort; the header stays in place while the rows scroll under it) or **Columns** (Finder-style: click a folder to open its contents in the next column). The choice is remembered per browser.
- Files: the search box now searches every folder you have access to, not just the one you are in. It matches the name, the description and the labels of folders and files, and every result shows where it lives; click the location to jump to that folder.
- Files: a **Shared with me** entry in the side navigation lists every folder other people have shared with you, the way Google Drive does. Clients see it in their portal too.

**Updates**

- Files: every file now shows an icon for its type (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, image, video, audio, archive, code, text) and the list view names the kind, in a macOS Finder-like look. Also applies to the folders of projects and clients.
- Files: adding a folder to (or removing it from) your Favorites no longer reloads the page the Favorites list in the side navigation updates in place.
- Files: on a desktop screen the three panes side navigation, files and details now stay put and fill the window; only their content scrolls, like a desktop app. On phones, search and Shared with me sit above the files since the side navigation is hidden there.
