**New**

- **Logs** is now a single log explorer for the whole workspace: every log NIZU and its Apps keep (activity, Uptime checks, NizuEvents and NizuToN8n deliveries, iyzico payments, WhatsApp, CMS, Crudy, Terminal, Gamify, Grimaldi, Cloud Infra, client impersonation, reminders, and the Stripe webhook files) is read into one stream with the same columns: time, level, who, what happened, and the record it concerns.
- **Logs** the core records now leave a trace. Until now only tasks, milestones, files and comments were logged; a project renamed, an invoice cancelled or a client deleted left nothing. Every create, update and delete of a project, event, note, lead, client, contact, estimate, proposal, contract, order, item, subscription, invoice, credit note, payment, expense, team member, announcement, leave, time card, ticket or knowledge-base article is now recorded with who did it, from which IP, and each field's value before and after and each kind is its own source in the explorer, grouped by Work, Sales, Finance, Team and Support.
- **Logs** a search bar with the operators `level:error`, `user:name`, `event:…` and `entity:task#12`, a timeline chart you can click to zoom into a bucket, level and time-range tabs, a sources rail with live counts, and a Live switch that follows new entries as they arrive.
- **Logs** lists of any size scroll instead of paging: rows are fetched as you scroll, so a table with hundreds of thousands of entries opens instantly.
- **Logs** every entry opens as a card with the changes it made (from → to), the full record, and the raw payload, with tokens and secrets redacted.
- **Logs** Apps can add their own log tables to the explorer through the `app_filter_nizulogs_sources` hook; access is set per source in Settings → Roles.

**Updates**

- The left menu has a new **Management** area for what the people running the company read: **Reports** moved there from the top of the Workspace list, and the **Logs** and **AI Reports** Apps now live there instead of under Infrastructure and Apps. Apps can join it with `"sidebar_group" => "management"`.
- **Logs** restyled on the iOS 26 dashboard material, in light and dark mode, and usable on a phone.
- The activity log table is indexed by date, so reading the newest entries no longer scans the whole table.

**Fix**

- **Logs** the Logs menu opened a page that did not exist, and the Invoices, Expenses, Users and Knowledge base entries were always empty. The old links now open the explorer on the matching source.

**Deprecated**

- **Logs** the per-module URLs (`NizuLogs/tasks`, `NizuLogs/orderlemon`, …) redirect to the explorer and will be removed in a later version.
