The whole page follows instantly, without waiting for the server. - WhatsApp Shop Reports: a shop picker at the top, so you can look at one shop on its own or at every shop of your company together. - WhatsApp Shop Reports: notes and markers. Pin a campaign, an event, an incident or a milestone to a date and it is drawn as a permanent line across every chart, so a peak or a dip has its explanation right next to it. A note can belong to one shop or to all the shops of your company, and clicking a marker on a chart opens it for editing. - WhatsApp Shop Reports: a KPI tab with your lowest and best month, week and day of the selected period — by orders or by turnover — alongside your 50 best customers by number of orders and your 50 best by money spent. - WhatsApp Shop Reports: new-customer, active-customer and total-customer-base figures, each counted properly — a customer who orders ten times in a month is counted once for that month, not ten times. **Updates** - WhatsApp Shop Reports now read your workspace's own order history instead of asking the OrderLemon service for pre-built figures, so the screen keeps working and stays fast even when that service is busy. - WhatsApp Shop Reports follow the light and dark theme throughout, including the charts. **Fix** - **Deprecated** - WhatsApp Shop: the previous Reports screen and its Overview, Shops, Orders, Products, Customers, Conversations and Revenue tabs have been replaced by the new Shop Reports screen.
