# Version 4.0.1 > Projects and Tasks timesheets invoices (Change logs) - Page: https://dashboard.nizu.io/knowledge_base/view/271-version-4-0-1 - Part of: [Knowledge base](https://dashboard.nizu.io/knowledge_base/llms.txt) on NIZU — https://dashboard.nizu.io/llms.txt - Updated: 2026-10-25T11:50:03Z Change Log --- | ## 4.0.1 | #### 18-08-2026 | | --- | --- | **New** - URL Shortener — a new App that turns any long web address into a short link on your own workspace domain, such as `yourcompany.tld/aB3x9Kd`. Every link counts its clicks and unique visitors, and shows a 30-day chart plus a breakdown by device, country, browser and referring site. A built-in UTM campaign builder tags the link for your analytics tool and offers the values you already use, so "newsletter" does not drift into "Newsletter" over three months. The destination can be changed at any time without changing the code, so a link already sent or printed keeps working. Automated visits from mail scanners and link previews are kept out of the click count, and no visitor IP address is stored unless an administrator turns it on. Every link also carries a QR code, downloadable as a PNG or an SVG, for invoices, flyers, stickers and shop windows — and because the destination stays editable, the printed code never has to be redone when the target page moves. Short links can also run on a domain of your own, such as go.mycompany.com: add the domain and the App gives you two small files to upload to that domain's web hosting, after which the links work from there — and keep working even if the workspace is briefly unreachable. Finally, every click can be sent on to another system as it happens (your CRM, a spreadsheet, n8n or Zapier), optionally signed so the receiver can verify it, and always sent after the visitor has already been forwarded so a link is never slowed down. QR codes are produced on a white, round-cornered background with the light margin scanners need, so they stay readable on dark slides, dark packaging and in dark mode. - WhatsApp Shop — Orders: a new screen listing every order of your company, with the shop, the date, the customer, the number of items, the status and the total. Filter the list by order status from the tab bar, by shop from the dropdown, and by the date the order was placed. Staff and client contacts both get it, each seeing only their own company's orders, and the list exports to Excel or prints like any other table in NIZU. - Labels on WhatsApp Shop orders: tag an order the same way you already tag tasks, invoices and clients — coloured labels you create under “Manage labels”, apply from the tag icon on any row, and then filter the whole list by. Staff and client contacts can both create, rename, recolour, delete and apply them. The labels themselves are shared by everyone in the workspace, while which orders carry them stays private to each company; a label that is still on an order cannot be deleted. - Peppol Onboarding (new App): collect from your Belgian clients everything needed to register them on the Peppol e-invoicing network, without chasing it by e-mail. A client who holds a subscription that includes Peppol is shown a short three-step wizard the next time they sign in — VAT number and how often they file, their accountant and bank details, and a photo of both sides of the owner’s identity card, cropped right in the browser. VAT numbers, IBANs and BICs are checked as they are entered, so a typo is caught before it reaches the registration. Your team gets one screen listing every client: who still has to be asked, who has answered, who is being processed and who is done, with a details sheet, a send-back-with-a-reason step, and a CSV export. Completing a registration writes the client’s Peppol address straight onto their record, so invoicing them electronically just works. Identity photos are only ever visible to the staff you grant permission to, every view is logged, and they are deleted automatically once the registration has been done. If a client goes quiet, one click sends them a reminder — repeating what still needs fixing if you sent their form back — and, when the Appointments App is in use, that e-mail can also offer them a short support call, linking straight to the booking page for the service you choose. **Updates** - WhatsApp Shop now sits in the side navigation as a single entry you open, holding the shop itself, the new order list and the reports, instead of separate rows. - Apps can now add their own kind of label. Until now the label system only knew about the modules built into NIZU, so an App had no way to offer labels of its own. - The bottom bar on phones has been redesigned as a floating, frosted tab bar in the style of iOS 26. Every tab now shares the width evenly, whatever your workspace happens to show there, and each one carries a label under its icon, so the buttons land where your thumb expects them. The bar sits clear of the screen edges and above the home indicator, quietly shrinks out of the way while you scroll down a long page and comes back as soon as you scroll up, and follows dark mode. - A Home tab is back on phones. It used to disappear on any screen that had its own actions button, which was most of them; the page actions now have their own tab, and the side-menu button has moved to the far right where it is easiest to reach. - The New and page-actions menus on phones open as rounded, frosted sheets above the bar, with larger, better-spaced rows. The bar holds its size while one of them is open. - Unread messages now show as a red count on the Messages tab on phones, instead of the number replacing the tab's icon. - The highlight on the bottom bar glides from one tab to the next, and only ever marks one tab at a time. - On a wider phone the bottom bar now sits centred rather than stretching from edge to edge, and it mirrors correctly for right-to-left languages. - Tapping the tab you are already on takes you back to the top of the page instead of reloading it. - The bottom bar slides out of the way when the on-screen keyboard opens, so it no longer sits over the field you are typing into. - The bottom bar now announces itself properly to screen readers and reports which tab you are on. - The bottom bar always shows where you are. On screens you reach through the side menu — Projects, Invoices, Clients and the rest — the Menu tab is now the one lit up, instead of no tab at all. **Fix** - Removed an empty strip that had appeared at the bottom of every page on desktop, left over from the space reserved for the phone bottom bar. - The phone bottom bar no longer leaves a gap, or drops the labels off its other buttons, when one of its buttons is unavailable to you. - **Deprecated** -
