## What is Club Events Management?

Club Events Management is a back-office event and ticketing app for NIZU Cloud WorkSpace. It lets a company's staff create events (concerts, club nights, galas, member meetups, any ticketed gathering), sell tickets for them through NIZU's existing Store and Orders checkout, and manage everyone who is coming: who bought a ticket, who was invited for free, and who has actually walked through the door.

Rather than building a separate ticketing shop, Club Events Management works on top of NIZU's Items and Orders modules. An event is linked to a normal NIZU "event tickets" item, which already has a price and a stock count, so it can be sold through the regular checkout flow like any other product. The plugin adds the event-specific layer on top: an events calendar, a guest list per event, complimentary (free) ticket issuing for staff, door scanning, and printable materials.

### Who it is for

Any NIZU Cloud company that organizes ticketed events for its clients or members clubs, associations, schools, venues, agencies and wants one place to see who is registered for an event, without leaving the platform that already runs their invoicing and client records.

### Core concepts

- **Event** a title, city, country and start/end date, optionally linked to a project and always linked to a ticket item.
- **Ticket** one row per attendee: name, email, phone, company, a chosen option (for example a meal choice), and a "scanned" flag.
- **Free ticket** a complimentary ticket issued directly by staff to a client, without going through an order or an invoice.
- **Scanning** marking a ticket as used at the door, which can be delegated to gate staff without giving them access to guest data.

### What it is not

Club Events Management is not a public event-listing or ticket-purchase website. Ticket sales happen through NIZU's existing Store checkout, which your clients already use for other products; this app is the staff-facing management layer over the tickets that checkout creates.
