#### Payment Methods

NIZU supports multiple payment methods that you can configure globally or on a per-client basis. While you can define custom payment methods, we provide four predefined options:

- Bank transfers
- Cash
- Stripe
- PayPal

**Important:** Only these four predefined methods can be used for [subscriptions](https://dashboard.nizu.io/knowledge_base/category/16). Custom payment methods are available for all other invoice types, including recurring invoices, but cannot be used with subscriptions.
